Canada-Wide Delivery
At Vely Beauty Shop, every order is thoughtfully prepared in Vancouver and dispatched with care.
Complimentary Canada-Wide Shipping
Enjoy complimentary standard tracked shipping on all Canadian orders of $79 or more.*
Flat Rate Delivery
For orders below $79, a $10 flat-rate shipping fee will be applied at checkout.
Estimated Delivery Timelines
- Local (BC): 1–3 business days
- Regional: 3–6 business days
- National: 4–12 business days
Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary slightly depending on destination.
*Oversized Shipments
Orders exceeding 2kg (4.4lb) or containing oversized items may require an additional shipping charge. If applicable, we will contact you prior to dispatch.
*Shipping Rate Adjustments
While we aim to offer fair and consistent shipping rates across all orders, there may be rare instances where the actual shipping cost significantly exceeds our standard flat rate due to factors such as location, carrier surcharges, or package size/weight.
In these cases, we reserve the right to:
- Invoice the difference in shipping costs prior to dispatch, or
- Cancel and fully refund the order if the adjusted rate is not approved
We will always reach out before proceeding, so you have the option to confirm or decline.
Order Processing
Orders are carefully prepared and shipped within 1–2 business days. Complimentary shipping is automatically applied at checkout when your order qualifies.
Delivery Considerations
Marked as Delivered
Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, responsibility transfers to the recipient. We recommend ensuring a secure delivery location.
Incorrect or Incomplete Address
Orders returned due to incorrect or incomplete address information are not eligible for refunded shipping fees. We are happy to re-ship your parcel; however, additional shipping charges will apply.

United States Shipping (DDP — Duties Prepaid)
We are pleased to offer Delivered Duties Paid (DDP) shipping to the United States for a more seamless delivery experience.
Duties & Taxes
All applicable duties and import taxes are prepaid at checkout, so no additional payment is required upon delivery.
Important Note on Duties Calculation
Duties and taxes are determined by the shipping carrier and U.S. customs authorities. While these charges are prepaid for your convenience, Vely Beauty Shop does not control or set these amounts.
International Orders & Duties (Outside Canada & U.S.)
For orders shipped outside of Canada and the United States, customs duties, import taxes, and related fees may apply upon arrival in the destination country.
Responsibility for Duties
All customs duties, taxes, and clearance fees are the responsibility of the recipient. These charges are not included at checkout and vary by country. We recommend contacting your local customs office for detailed information prior to placing your order.
Refusal of Duties
If duties or taxes are refused and the parcel is returned to us, any return shipping fees and applicable charges will be deducted from the refund.
Customs Declarations
In accordance with international regulations, we accurately declare the value of all goods on customs documentation. We are unable to alter declared values or mark orders as gifts.
