Returns and Exchanges for Unopened Items

At Vely Beauty, we strive to provide our customers with high-quality products and a seamless shopping experience. To ensure customer satisfaction, we have established the following return policy for unopened items:

    • Only unopened items in their original packaging are eligible for return or exchange.
    • The product must be in its original condition.
  2. Timeframe for Returns:

    • Customers may initiate a return or exchange within 30 days from the date of purchase.
    • Returns requested after 30 days will not be accepted.
  3. Proof of Purchase:

    • A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns or exchanges.
    • Without proof of purchase, we may be unable to process your return.
  4. Return Process:

    • To initiate a return, make a request or contact us within the specified timeframe.
  5. Return Shipping:

    • Customers are responsible for covering the cost of return shipping.
    • If you prefer to use a prepaid shipping label provided by us, the cost of the label will be deducted from your refund amount.
  6. Inspection and Approval:

    • All returned items will be inspected to ensure they meet the criteria for return.
    • Items that show signs of use, damage, or are not in their original packaging will not be eligible for return.
  7. Refund or Exchange:

    • A 10% restocking fee will apply to all approved returns.
    • Upon approval, refunds will be issued via the original payment method.
    • Refunds will be processed within 10-14 days from the date of approval.
  8. Non-Returnable Items:

    • Certain items, such as Clearance or Short Dated, are not eligible for return or exchange.
  9. Exceptions:

    • In exceptional cases, management may consider returns for opened items due to product defects. Please contact us for further assistance.
  10. Damages:

    • For damage claims, the carrier will often do a damage inspection. It's important to keep the product and the original packaging until UPS has finished investigating the claim as they may perform an inspection.
